With over three decades of experience as a creative content designer for both corporate entities and freelancing, my journey has been rich and diverse. However, this latest opportunity has truly stood out.
My path led me to the East Highlands community, driven by the quest to find an exceptional means of local advertising in Naperville. Specifically, I sought to promote my husband's swim school, which operates from the prestigious North Central College, within the neighborhoods adjacent to downtown Naperville—essentially, the heart of the city.
Drawing from my extensive experience working with small businesses and as the owner of another franchise, I recognized the critical role of traditional and non-traditional advertising. It became evident that this endeavor was an impeccable match for my skill set. As a result, I now serve as the Area Director responsible for overseeing content flow and nurturing business partnerships in the East Highlands territory. Notably, the Stroll publication is poised to make its debut in the East Highlands neighborhood of Naperville in January 2024.
What sets this magazine apart is its distinctive nature. It transcends the conventional magazine format, emerging as a hyper-local, multi-targeted touchpoint platform that connects with the finest potential business partners, extending its reach to affluent neighborhoods across the nation.
For over 19 years, we have been delivering a high-quality, complimentary monthly publication, replete with articles contributed by residents, covering topics such as children, new families, pets, and neighborhood events, among other valuable resources. The response has been nothing short of exceptional.
Moreover, our business partners benefit from two additional avenues to engage with our residents beyond the standalone publication:
- We provide a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring our business partners can effectively reach our resident audience.
- Our partners also enjoy the opportunity to engage directly with residents through our social events.
In my role, I am dedicated to identifying businesses that align seamlessly with our community's ethos. This commitment drives my desire to meet potential business partners in person, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of their potential fit within the East Highlands neighborhood. It's imperative to recognize that the magazine's primary purpose is to cultivate lasting relationships with the community. Therefore, we exclusively welcome businesses with a sterling reputation and a strong reliance on word-of-mouth marketing.
If you believe that your business possesses the qualities to be a valuable addition to our magazine and resonate with the East Highlands neighborhood, please don't hesitate to reach out. I eagerly await the opportunity to explore how we can forge a partnership that benefits both your business and our vibrant community.

I have been working in the heating and air conditioning field since I was 16. My dad owned a heating and air conditioning business on the south side for which I worked for several years before moving to DuPage County. I worked for a few larger companies in the area, both as a Service Technician and as a Service Manager, doing residential and commercial work. I then decided it was time to branch out on my own as the business practices did not always coincide with my values. I feel that quality of service and installation should be the top priority in an HVAC company. If the products are not installed properly, they will not function properly or provide the efficiency or capacity levels for which they were designed. This attention to detail is what separates us from our competitors and is the nitch in the industry we fill.
In 2005, my dream of owning and running my own business became a reality. The former owner of Pent-Air, Inc. (a Naperville business for over 30 years) sold his business to me in the interest of retiring in a few years. We changed the name of the business and it is now Dutchman Heating and Cooling, Inc. We are a Christian owned business and have been since 1975.
Utilizing my 30+ years of technical experience as well as conducting extensive research, I have found the American Standard product line to be the best in the industry. I firmly believe in the quality of these products. While I work on many different types of equipment, I have found the American Standard product line to be exceptional and to aid in efficiency. I consistently use them for replacement of existing equipment or adding new equipment.
Providing exceptional technical service goes hand in hand with exceptional customer service here at Dutchman Heating and Cooling. Through proven high standards, Dutchman is proud to be selected as an American Standard Customer Care Dealer. This program gives you the comfort in knowing you are dealing with a company which is committed to providing excellent customer service, better educated employees, and the capability to handle each customer’s specific needs and provide the best possible solution. We have not only committed to these standards but have been recognized as the leader. In 2010, we were selected as the Dealer of the Year. We obtained this recognition in the greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana area. A survey taken by our customers resulted in 100% referral ratings and 99% customer satisfaction scores. We obviously stand behind our work.
We do our best to be accessible to you and are a member of the Chamber of Commerce and have also been nominated for the Small Business of the Year Award. In addition, we are a member of the Better Business Bureau (A+ Rating). We are proud to be complaint free as well as never having a complaint to resolve to this day. We work hard to maintain a high level of excellence to ensure our customers are happy and their equipment is working efficiently, the way it is meant too.
We are committed to providing the best possible level of service and look forward to helping you reach the comfort level you desire in your home or business.
We have had a lot of success formerly as Pent-Air, Inc. and now as Dutchman Heating & Cooling, Inc. We have had dramatic growth and are continuing to strive to be the best in the industry. We certainly have been blessed and are very thankful to the Lord for his grace to our business and us. To all our customers, we thank you. We are committed to always earning your business!

In just a few years, I pivoted from an entrepreneur that started my own commercial property management company to using my skills and expertise full-time to find business owners a new location.
I began my journey by starting a commercial property management company in 2019. Armed with a keen eye for detail (I'm sure from my teaching background), a passion for efficient operations, and a knack for fostering strong tenant relationships, I successfully built a reputation for excellence in the property management area. I worked closely with landlords to growth their buildings occupancy while maximizing returns for the property owners, and creating inviting spaces for tenants.
As my property management company grew, I began to dive deeper in the realm of commercial real estate. Recognizing the potential for growth and the desire to expand my horizons, I made the decision to transition full-time into serving business owners to find their ideal location. With the solid foundation in property management, I bring a unique perspective to their new endeavor. My desire and determination for knowledge to help my clients find the right location is my ultimate goal.

Think of my service like lending tree but with a personal touch and commitment to service. As a full-time Naperville Realtor, a large part of my job is promoting this city to incoming and current residents who rely on me to be a local expert. In this role, I focus on knowing and learning everything I can about Naperville - local events, the businesses, and the people that make this community so unique.
For the past 28 years, I have lived and raised my family in Naperville. Through the years, I have come to know and appreciate this town in so many ways - as a newlywed, a mom of 5 children, and now an almost empty nester. I love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm about living in this community with others.
Before my career in real estate, I spent time in education. Having this background, my approach to real estate is with the heart of a teacher. My natural strengths from teaching have been a great crossover to my real estate career. My clients benefit from this because they thoroughly understand the process and can therefore make confident decisions.
I am proud to work with the #1 producing office for the Baird & Warner Company. Baird & Warner has over 35 offices in the Chicagoland area, including Naperville. We buy and sell more real estate than any company in the surrounding suburbs. I continue to outperform the average agent in both # of homes sold and volume year after year. The best part of my job is the people I get to meet, helping them get to where they want to go and being a part of their home ownership dreams.
