Business Power Hour Presented by Speakers Bureau I Digestion – The Cornerstone of Your Health

Digestion is not only paramount for your health. Eating clean and nutritious food doesn’t mean the nutrients get to your organs and cells. How do you know? You experience heartburn, reflux, bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, headaches, stiff achy joints, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or fatigue. Poor digestion can also be the cause of many chronic unresolved health problems, including autoimmune conditions, allergies, hormonal imbalances, and skin problems.

Dr. Keith Giaquinto of Giaquinto Chiropractic and Digestion Center will share the natural ways to strengthen your digestion, heal your gut, and regain your health. Participants will learn:

  • Identify the causes of weak digestion
  • Understand leaky gut and bowel toxicity
  • Learn where to put your focus first to heal
  • Healthy habits to strengthen your digestion
