The Art of Negotiation
Negotiation is a fundamental business skill and is part of life and leadership. Would you like to be more self-assured and confident in articulating your personal value? Approaching negotiations with skill and confidence signals that you know your worth and that you will proactively manage your career success.
This talk will cover:
- Ways you may be "getting in your own way" and undermining your success
- Strategies for enhancing negotiation skills and securing value for your organization and yourself
- Techniques you can use to perform more effectively in negotiation situations

If you register for an event and are unable to attend, a 24 hour notice is required or you will be invoiced. Note: If you have registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer to a fellow employee without penalty.
