We recognize the importance of effective communication and listening. What eludes us is creating a culture that invites individuals to share their perspective openly and honestly without fear of career suicide. The goal of this session is to sharpen your listening and feedback skills so that, as leaders, we are modeling productive ways to hear and be heard.

  • Discuss key success factors to effective communication
  • Discover how to modify communication preferences to inspire action in others
  • Explore practical communication tools that will improve your ability to achieve results
