Dealing with conflict is something leaders recognize is important to do while many avoid at all costs.  We often think of conflict as something negative and we approach it as such.  This session will challenge your thinking about how we look at conflict and offer tools to navigate it effectively.

  • Explore ways to reduce the cost of conflict for self, individuals and the organization
  • Learn a five-step process to address conflict while getting results and maintaining the relationship
