2021 is a year for Adaptation, Flexibility, Creativity, Thinking Outside The Box. The April Business Power Hour is an open forum for talking to challenges, asking questions, sharing business tips and even inspirational stories. No one of us is smarter than all of us together. All members of the Speakers Bureau are invited as a Panel to help address your revenue questions and challenges. This open forum will be moderated by Thomas Herman, Managing Director, CRO Executive Round Table and Speaker Bureau Chair.Bring all of your questions, challenges, even inspirational stories and business tips to this month's Business Power Hour: Speakers Bureau Panel, an open forum moderated by Thomas Herman, Managing Director, CRO Executive Round Table.

Thomas Herman: With a strong passion for all things ‘Revenue’ related, Thomas Herman’s expertise with strategies for revenue generation, effective process and procedure and skillful execution is the result of over 40 years in direct sales, sales management, executive management, operations management and business ownership.

Having worked and consulted with start ups, franchises, emerging and mid-size organizations and Fortune 500, Thomas Herman has done business in over 20 countries on 5 continents. Opened offices across North America and Europe, hired and trained sales and service staffs, created and led client advisory boards and client retention programs, developed, managed and emcee’d client conferences and spoken at events from local to world-wide audiences.

An award-winning writer, she loves to share her passion with the local business community by delivering hands-on seminars, conferences, and workshops.

Eric Kinsey, Director of Operations, Vision Friendly

Eric Kinsey, is a passionate digital marketing consultant driven to generate results for the organizations he works with. He has over 20 years of experience in website development, web marketing and team leadership. This experience was gained while building a multi-million dollar digital marketing firm. This experience has enabled me to refine both my professional management and consultative skills to create dramatic impact for my clients.

As the Director of Operations Eric builds company partnerships and directs a highly productive team of 25. He  stays informed on current best practices for production and marketing techniques so that he can be an effective problem solver for the teams he  manages. This knowledge also makes his business development consultations more effective because recommendations come from his extensive experience and applied techniques.

Eric's experience has helped to develop an ability to quickly analyze business needs, assess an organization’s unique position in their industry, and provide innovative content marketing strategies. His consultations are focused on increasing conversions and implementing strategies that will improve bottom-line revenues.

Tim Pabich, Founder and CEO of Magnitech.

A well-respected thinker in the IT space, Tim has provided interviews and speaking engagements to businesses looking to develop awareness and a more aggressive strategy in cybersecurity and disaster recovery.

Kandice Henning, Founder and CEO Alive Center

Kandice Henning is the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit Alive Center, a teen center in Illinois. The Alive Center is an inclusive Teen-Led, Teen-Driven place where teens empower other teens. After spending 25 years as an executive in the corporate world at Accenture and IBM, Kandice is now following her true passion — helping people, specifically teens, to create the life they desire. The Alive Center mission is to be a Teen-Led, Teen-Driven center focused on empowering the youth of today to become the impassioned, resilient leaders of tomorrow. Alive is not only a place for teens to belong, but a place for them to explore who they are.

Kandice believes that inherent within each of us is infinite potential that is waiting to be unleashed. She is passionate about empowering others and inclusivity. On top of being a long time corporate executive, she is a Life Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT).

Kandice has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois. Kandice is a graduate of the life coaching school Coach for Life. She also is a certified Heal Your Life workshop leader (Louise Hay’s work). She has her 200-hour CYT from Moksha Yoga in Chicago.

In 2017 Kandice won a Those Who Excel award from the Illinois Board of Education and Community Volunteer of the Year from the Naperville 203 School District for her work with the Alive Center.
