NOMINATE A GOTTFRIED WOMAN OF THE QUARTER

Each quarter, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Women In Business (WIB) Committee recognizes one woman who brings her best to the work she does, the community she serves, and the NACC business community she supports. The honoree is celebrated at a Women In Business program alongside fellow Chamber members.

Named in memory of Heather Gottfried, this award honors women who lead with purpose, serve with heart, and make a meaningful impact through their involvement and example.


  • WHO CAN NOMINATE?
    • Any individual affiliated with a current NACC member business or organization may submit a nomination. Non-members are not eligible to nominate at this time. Self-nominations are not permitted.


  • REVIEW PROCESS
    • WIB Committee members and NACC staff review nominations and confirm eligibility. Some nominees may be invited to complete an application and interview. The WIB Committee selects one honoree each quarter based on eligibility and review criteria. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. If a nominee is not selected right away, their nomination stays on file for three years and may be considered in future quarters. The selected honoree will be contacted and recognized at an upcoming Women In Business program.
