2026 NACC 40 Under 40 | Nomination Form

Ten years ago, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce launched Four Under 40 to highlight young professionals who are changing the way our community works, leads, and grows.

Now it’s 2026, and we’re celebrating a major milestone: 10 years of impact.

To mark the anniversary, we’re welcoming back previous winners and selecting a special class of Forty Under 40. This year’s honorees will represent the next generation of leaders who are making Naperville stronger through innovation, community involvement, and excellence in their careers.

Nominations are open to everyone. You do not need to be a Chamber Member to nominate someone, and nominees are not required to be Members. If you know someone who is making a meaningful difference in our community, we want to hear about them.

Submit a nomination and help us recognize the people who are truly moving Naperville forward.

Nominees must meet the following criteria:

Be 40 years of age or under as of April 28, 2026
Demonstrate excellence and achievement in their career
Show meaningful community involvement in and around the Naperville area
Lead with impact in both business and the community
Maintain a strong commitment to life balance while delivering results

To nominate an individual:

Nominations are open to the public
Self-nominations will not be considered

Selection Process

After nominations close, a committee will review all submissions. Selected nominees will be asked to complete a brief follow-up form, and some may be invited to participate in an in-person interview.

We look forward to celebrating the 2026 Forty Under 40 class together at our April recognition event as part of this special 10-year anniversary milestone.
