We recognize the importance of effective communication and listening.  What eludes us is creating a culture that invites individuals to share their perspective openly and honestly without fear of career suicide.  The goal of this session is to sharpen your listening and feedback skills so that, as leaders, we are modeling productive ways to hear and be heard.
