Coffee & Conversation: Inside City Leadership is a small-group networking series designed to create meaningful, informal dialogue between business leaders, community stakeholders, and members of the Naperville City Council. Rather than a traditional panel or presentation, each session is built around conversation, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with elected officials, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding of the priorities shaping the community.

Each session brings together two City Council members alongside Chamber facilitators in an intimate setting that encourages open discussion and real-time exchange of ideas. Topics may include economic development, infrastructure, workforce challenges, and upcoming city initiatives, with the focus always centered on relevant conversation that helps local leaders stay informed and connected.

Attendees will participate in facilitated small-group discussions and rotate between council members to ensure direct engagement with both featured officials throughout the program.
