NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members around a king's table as we learn about the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a plated meal. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

Maeven Sipes

West Suburban Community Pantry

Chief Executive Officer

Maeven Sipes became Chief Executive Officer of West Suburban Community Pantry in October 2024, bringing over seven years of progressive experience in philanthropy and strategic fundraising. Before joining the Pantry, Maevin successfully led a team that raised over $12 million annually and coordinated 25,000 volunteers. Her expertise spans major gifts, direct mail, database management, events, and digital communications.

In her role as CEO, Maeven oversees the Pantry’s mission to combat food insecurity across DuPage and Will Counties. The organization serves over 110,000 individuals annually, distributing 2.8 million pounds of food in 2023 alone. Under Maevin’s leadership, the Pantry is poised for strategic growth and transformation, continuing to innovate solutions for reducing food waste, increasing access to nutritious food, and collaborating with community partners to enhance financial stability for neighbors in need.
