Certified SCORE Business Mentor

Susan Neustrom is a certified volunteer SCORE Business Mentor with expertise in the nonprofit sector from leading several nonprofit organizations as CEO and serving on the Board of Directors of many organizations. Susan has extensive experience in business plans, strategic planning, change management, program design, operations, staff development, capacity building, fundraising, grant writing, board development and relations, marketing, and communication. She also has significant experience in the for-profit sector too, spending 22 years in banking.
