ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

The Belmont introduces a refined take on the modern American steakhouse, where elevated dining meets a warm atmosphere. The Belmont centers its identity on authenticity—real food, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and a commitment to letting natural flavors speak for themselves. The menu highlights premium cuts of beef, including USDA Prime, Wagyu and in-house dry-aged selections, alongside heritage pork, FRESH seafood, and seasonally inspired dishes, all supported by a fully scratch kitchen.

At the helm of the culinary program is Executive Chef Zac Rogers, whose leadership and vision define The Belmont’s philosophy of “simple food done exceptionally well.” With a focus on precision, execution, and consistency, Every element is intentional, delivering a dining experience that is both polished and grounded.
