Zipoura is a nightlife and social discovery platform focused on helping users discover bars, restaurants, events, and experiences while helping venues increase customer engagement and visibility. Our team works closely with local nightlife businesses, influencers, ambassadors, and digital marketing campaigns to build exciting launch promotions and community-driven experiences.

Internship Position Description:
The Sales, Marketing & Social Media Intern will support nightlife venue outreach, campus ambassador recruitment, launch promotions, event operations, and social media marketing initiatives related to the Zipoura platform. Interns will assist with business development efforts by visiting bars, lounges, restaurants, and hospitality venues to present the platform, support onboarding, and maintain partner relationships.

Interns will also assist with ambassador recruitment on college campuses and surrounding nightlife areas, help coordinate launch events and activations, and support influencer outreach and content creation efforts for TikTok and Instagram. Additional responsibilities include assisting with CRM updates, referral tracking, event operations, guest engagement, and live promotional activities during launches and pilot events.

This internship provides hands-on experience in sales outreach, business development, marketing strategy, event coordination, influencer marketing, relationship management, social media marketing, and startup operations within the nightlife and hospitality industry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Interests Desired in Applicants:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in marketing, sales, nightlife, events, hospitality, or entrepreneurship
• Comfortable speaking with local businesses, venue managers, and college students
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
• Interest in startup environments and community outreach
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams during live activations and events
