Created by Veteran Business Project (VBP), Rosie's is a mission-driven social enterprise structured as an L3C (Low-Profit Limited Liability Company) and a wholly owned subsidiary of VBP, a certified national 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Rosie's exists as a sustainable engine of support for veterans and military spouses pursuing business ownership.
