Innovation DuPage, in collaboration with the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA), is now accepting applications for the Construction Owner-2-CEO program. This free 10-week business accelerator is designed specifically for established construction business owners looking to scale their operations.

The program covers essential topics including project management, contract bidding, financial strategy, HR for growing companies, legal knowledge for the construction industry, and insurance and bonding. Sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 PM.

Eligible businesses must be construction companies that have been in operation for 2+ years, generated $200,000+ in revenue in the most recent fiscal year, and have 2+ employees (owners may be included in this count).
